R. Thomas: I have heard nothing. I am rather curious as well. I was told we would see an 8K by last week, but I have seen nothing. I know everything is hinged on the judge throwing the case out, I wonder what the judge is thinking. It is really hard to see all of the profits in other sectors while still being down in this. I have contemplated pulling out and taking losses, but I am afraid that it will jump soon after my retrenchment. I keep wavering back and forth on this, but I am still in hoping that the next day will bring more good news. Let's keep our fingers crossed for tomorrow, eh? Regards to all, Sam
