Al, I really think you need to move on to another stock. You seem unhappy with your holdings and always concerned about everything except the stock price. Have you ever played a back door stock? Time is one of the key issues in playing these stock. The only thing to worry about is if the company will file the S1 and after that will they take the IPO to market. Both are out of the control of the shareholder. The reward is worth the risk. Brandon
