Do we have flies on the dlia /iturd already? Flies in the filings?

There is one fly. TURT (Iturf) uses some proceeds to buy DLIA stock (not at the market but new stock). At what price, do you think will iTURF buy? They might assign a fixed $$$ amount, and the number of DLIA shares depends on the average of the price of some trading days (sounds familiar).
