From the perspective of what he considers genetic engineering, Cyto has not done anything that is in the realm of anything more than 5 year old technology . He could not get enough info on what Axcell was doing but he did not find a flood of new patient applications, so he suspects that they are repackaging GDL technology ( 5 years old or better). He explained differing processes of genetic linking and gave me some companies that use and continue to improve on these processes but again said that these guys (CYTO) have been on vacation for many years and now without R&D money he did not see how they would keep up. His advice was to look at the patients and when they were filed and see when the pace dropped off. He explained that when a company is doing high end work, they will be filing a good number of patients. He also suggested that you look at the patient streams of other Bios to see just how many is enough.
If Quad sales do not do 100M a year where will the money come from? More stock sales? Do they need an eraser (reverse split) in order to raise more money? He does think that the company has value and he thinks that the price is low ( his guess), especially if there is a sale of the company as a whole. I am not buying till I get some answers ( contracts and partnerships) on what the value of Axcell will be.
