IDTC latest backdoor--- for Net2Phone IPO

If trading patterns in other backdoor IPOs are any indication, IDTC will do the following:

1. Jump on the announcement

2. Pull back after the news is out and trade sideways for awhile

3. Up anywhere between 50 to >100% the week before the IPO

4. Quickly selloff when Net2Phone debuts.
