Please allow me to begin with the comment that I am currently short this stock at 52.

Your comment about MatriDigm's management stating that Peritus is their closest competitor was in my opinion very self serving. They convienently failed to mention Alydaar Software (ALYD), a company I am long on. They have a technology which they claim can do 100 million lines a week, very close to MatriDigm's claim.

Do your own research, and my own self serving opinions, but lets talk about facts here, even about the competition in the Year 2000 arena.
