Y2K was suppose to start causing havoc Jan.1, 1999 then the airline booking system and then April 1, 1999. NOTHING of any importance happened. The success stories only received a tiny bit of press whereas the negative possibilities make MAJOR headlines.

SEE:
year2000.com

Embedded chip problems, Y2K expert for Shell said: "we are not finding the chip failures we thought we would," and the list goes on and on and on and on.

Ontario Hydro, including Nuclear Reactors were tested, NOTHING happened.

I don't care if you want to prepare. And I always stated that it was wise to have extras on hand all the time, NOT JUST BECAUSE OF Y2K, because of natural and man-made disasters. If you are preparing just for Y2K - go right ahead, it's your money.

As I have stated MANY times in the past, I am not concerned one bit about the effects of Y2K on my family or business.

In my opinion Y2K if so full of BS and hype.....YEP I want to puke.
