All I know is that historically, the market is infinitely "smarter" than we (myself included) have been when it comes to 3dfx. When the stock went down big, we had a million reasons why it shouldn't. When it goes up, we're sure its rising on "no news." Only much later do we learn (at least part of) the reason for the move. I expect this time will be no different. Look for surprising news tomorrow or Wednesday (followed by a drop - damn pattern!). My guess? We're buying Dell. It always amazes me how everyone on Wall Street knows what's going on before we do.
