10SB (amended) has also been accepted by the SEC so they can proceed with request for regular NASDAQ listing. NASDAQ usually likes to see a couple of quarters filed before listing. 10Q should be filed by mid-May, hopefully satisfying that "requirement" and allow for listing in late May-early June, IMO. A regular listing would be a big help but the timing is anyone's guess.
