From Canaccord Analysts report on junior internet stocks

Internet stocks buzzing again.

In light of the meteoric rise of Internet stocks in the US with names such as Ebay, Amazon and Yahoo, the market's appetite seems yet to be satisfied. With the enormous profits earned from the Internet stocks in the US, this capital is looking for a new home and some likely candidates exist among the junior Canadian Internet stocks. This evidence has been seen in stocks such as Bid.com, Dion Entertainment and Dejours Mines. Investor demand and perception has sent stock prices beyond valuations quantified by traditional fundamental analysis.

Price WaterhouseCoopers released its annual Technology Forecast on March 30, 1999 predicting explosive growth in e-commerce over the next three years.

Here are some highlights from that report:

* Between 1996 and 1997, business to business e-commerce trade doubled every six months, and for 1998 it doubled every 3-4 months.
* By 2002, trading of goods and services via the Internet is expected to increase to US$434 billion.
* World-wide e-commerce growth is being fueled by a combination of increased Internet access, user confidence, better payment systems and rapidly improving Internet/Web security.
* The value of consumer purchases via the Internet is projected to increased from US$5 billion in 1997 to US$94 billion in 2002, an 1880% increase.
* Full details on this report are expected to be available on Price WaterhouseCoopers's website this week at www.pwcglobal.com.

Attached is a table of 19 high volume junior Internet stocks that we are currently following:
