There is nothing to know. There is no information you will find out tonight. The reverse merger will take place, there will be no reverse split and this stock will trade tomorrow. As usual, the company will make an announcement within the next 5-10 days about their intentions. I have played probably 100 reverse mergers, give or take a few, in the last 3 months. They all follow the same pattern. No info then boom... or no info then .... nothing go short, go long, whatever. You can't affect the pattern which is generally up (for a time).
