This 'unimpressive' advertising business model seems to be the model of choice supporting the stratospheric valuations of a great number of Internet Companies (possibly even the majority of them) including the mighty Yahoo! (at $43.9 Billion). With EFAX garnishing 100,000 eyeballs/month the market sure seems to love them. The CEO did stress as well that EFAX has a number of revenue generating services coming other than advertising. When IPZ starts grabbing eyeballs at even a fraction of that rate and then applies for a Nasdaq listing, just imagine what's going to happen to the stock price. Not that I can claim that any of this makes much sense. I doubt very many of these Internet companies will ever grow into their current valuations over the long term but while the music plays this is the reality of today's market. Enjoy it while it lasts kid.
