AOL won't lose anyone they continue to add new services and they make it easy for the new guy. In addition they add new services AIM and now the Calendar and they package it better than anybody. I am sure that with the NSCP acq. we will see some very clever stuff come from AOL in the browser area in the not too distant future. Additionally they have the US and the world for that matter very well covered. No one has as many points of presence (local access numbers) as they do. MSN is not even close in that area . MSN is surprisingly inept at putting a marketing package together for that is the real nut of MSFT. They have been almost retarded in this area. But maybe they see it from a different perspective.
