Here's some great news concerning MCNS (Mediconsult.Com). It'll start trading on Nasdaq tomorrow.

Mediconsult.com Completes $65 Million Offering of Common Shares
Common Shares Now Quoted On Nasdaq National Market Service

NEW YORK--(BW HealthWire)--April 5, 1999--Mediconsult.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:MCNS - news) announced today that it has completed an offering of 5 million common shares through underwriters ING Baring Furman Selz LLC and Volpe Brown Whelan and Company at a price of $13.00 per share.

The offering involves the issuance by Mediconsult.com of 4.425 million new common shares, raising net proceeds of approximately $53.5 million for the Company. In addition, 575,000 common shares were sold by three existing shareholders. The underwriters may, at their option within the next 30 days, purchase an additional 375,000 new common shares from Mediconsult.com and 375,000 common shares from certain existing shareholders to cover over-allotments. After the offering, but prior to exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option, Mediconsult.com will have 27.1 million common shares issued and outstanding.

The common shares of Mediconsult.com will be quoted on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol ''MCNS'' starting tomorrow morning, Tuesday, April 6th.
