Tim, Do you see LU limiting share growth to 23%? If the deal closed today, ASND would be at 97.3 or so. I have set a target in the 75 range for LU in 12 months and have been thinking that this growth will lag other more nimble (albeit less technically sound) equities. I have been a 4 1/2 year holder of CSCC/ASND and though the ride has been bumpy, it has done better than 23% (signicantly). I appreciate your opinion. Brian
