I agreed with you, Jack. What Al's claim as info from CFO was really
common sense. However, the part about explaination of D.Smith`s
selling was a bit lame. Think about it! If I were D, I wouldn't
sell my shares even if I did it every quarter, not because it's
undervalue ( he should know), but he knew the bears would jump
on that news and hammered the stock even lower.

Conclusion: D was really unloading !
