Inrange's options are exercisable at prices ranging from $2.5 per share to $10 share.

250,000 shares can be purchased at $2.50/share

250,000 shares can be purchased at $5.00/share

250,000 shares can be purchased at $10.00/share

Inrange was able to exercise these options starting on March 24, 1999 and before September 24, 2003.
