Questions...... Per recent report provided to me by "The Chief" the shares as of late are: Shares Authorized 100 Mil, Outstanding was 62 Mil Float is 40 Mil Guess Per 5-18-98 Message 4531124 TOTAL SHARES OUTSTANDING: 38,417,773 * (as of 5-18-98) SHARES IN THE FLOAT: Apx 28 Million INSIDER HOLDINGS: Apx 8 Million ======== Question: What was the reason for the increase of shares? Any further dilution foreseen? Why so few shares held by "insiders"? ======= Per response from "the Chief" "..Joe Naughton is the Big Chief..." Tom also suggested I visit the website, which I had done already for information. Yet neither the website nor press releases gave me any insights as to Naughton's background or experience. I already knew prior to my last query that Naughton was in charge. I also did a search on his name on 15 search engines via dogpile.com and didn't find anything other than the jnne website. Therefore, Question: Can some one please tell what is Naughton's background and experience? Where did he work previously? Was he successful in his prior enterprises? How old is he? What kind of business connections has he established? Per "the Chief".... "...Most of JNNE expertise is Advertising/entertainment. Look once the product being proven for rapid expansion into Hotel/Motels..." Also per Message 4531124 says they sell advertising that is placed on kiosks in highly transversed locations. Therefore, questions.... -What advertisements are being placed on these kiosks? -What fees on being paid by these advertisers? -Does JNNE pay a fee or split a portion of the receipts for placing kiosks in these hotels with the hotels? -Is there also a fee for usage (time) paid by the end user? If yes what is the rate? (I read this suggested in a post on the other thread, but don't see this in the company info). Finally per the Message 4531124 These projections were posted.... REVENUES: 1997: Developmental Stage 1998 (Projected): $2.88 Million Was the 1998 projection met? Is there any way to tell whether these projections were met since per the Chief "...IMHO the SEC thing got put off when the Lawsuit occured. JNNE does not want to tip its financial hand to ANFS. Think once the suit is settled, we'll see it...." This is fine and good....Only problem that no share holders can tell what is going on with the company. Therefore, one final question. What is the status of the litigation? Thanks for everyone's help. Was looking at two other companies that do this tangentially or directly...both are profittable w. real earnings plus "kiosks" are a burgeoning industry....However, both of these other companies had far fewer shares outstanding...so don't whether this stock can move like those others have. No position yet (?).....just trying to look at the company objectively. Sorry if my questions seem too critical. Sincerely, z (spelling not checked)
