Great post, Dave; thanks for sharing the fruits of your extensive dd. From your comment that Any iteration of CDMA whether it be CDMAone,WCDMA, CDMA2000 uses essential QCOM IPR can I presume that royalties will becoming qcom's way no matter which of those technologies is used? Frank
