Gene, the stock wasn't a scam but the CEO was.

You used to counter my posts and I used to ignore and argue with you. I went back and checked your 'warning' post around Jan 27-28. I don't recall reading them at the time.

The reason the share holders were so patient is because of Borland products that they've used. Having use their tools exclusively for over a decade, I for one, had no doubt in my mind that with their quality the company can only prosper. And I carried the same loyalty when I bought stock in the company.

The one thing that finally changed my mind was the Linux issue. After about a year of cheering DelScam on this board to do Delphi for Linux, I realized that I had the wrong man. I also woken up to the fact that YoScam never talked to us the developers ever since he took control. His speeches always targeted middle managers.

So I got out in late Jan and wrote a warning msg on this board dated Feb 4.

I hope that the company can issue a statement regarding the class B, preferred shares situation and the overall financial health to alleviate the fear and uncertainty. Even though, I don't own any stock, I and thousands of others bet their career heavily on this company and we'd certainly want to see them survive and prosper again.

YoScam was nothing but a selfish, arrogant SOB. In the last week, I've found out that YoScam had written in his contract that should he exercise his options, Inprise would pay the income tax for him. The $ 2M house loan was also forgiven by the board. I really think that the board is responsible for selecting the wrong SOB and gave him such a financial package and power. It's a shame that the board made such a blunder. The board should RESIGN.
