Im might add that Andreini appears to be on the finance committee of this school, and has control of the the schools stock held in Paine Webber. However the school seems to have a different arrangement for the stock at Piper Jaffray (this seems to be their majority holding). However Andreini appeared to have control of that too until recently. I think that he must have controlled in excess of 2 million share (20%) of the present float. Looking at the dates of the purchases this guy must have had control of more than 30% of the float at some point.
