DM - document management, the meat and potatoes of Documentum, (plus)

WM - work management, most often associated with workflow but encompassing a wide range of functionality from complex or transaction oriented workflow systems to groupware task management

KM - knowledge management, a term which defies definition in the industry. The cognoscenti use terms like tacit knowledge, I prefer to talk about "knowing what you know", and "knowing what matters", and "knowing who knows what you want to know (or is interested in your knowledge".

Sorry for the acronyms...
