Burton, with all due respect to yourself and Mr. Wilson, this deal has all the same stench as Midland / Arcon Energy. IMHO
The real name of this game is to sell stock and it has no bearing on company product, value or reality.
If Ewert Wilson, plays his cards right he will sell when the sheep/dupes are buying and yes he will make money on his invention even if it is not worth a plug nickel. Again, just my opinion, but worthy of consideration.
He has already admitted to being given stock in the company. How do you spell dilution anyway.
Don't forget the company insiders/outsiders and who else only God knows, also hold stock they are waiting to unload. When they do we will likely be told like before ... don't panic it is the day traders. Hum, does that have a familiar ring to it?
If this product is for real all must ask themselves WHY Ewert Wilson, has not taken it to Exxon or one of the other multi million dollar companies who would test it and <if> it were real would pay him well for it? Futhermore, if Wilson, could come up with this magic elixer why haven't the mega buck chemists already done so? Something is rotten in Denmark...
Why did Mark Pierce, place it in the CNHH company? Why, is he leaving the Midland shareholders up a creek? Why was it deverted to another company who just happens to have some of the same officers and insiders as Midland? This just don't pass the sniff test.
And the beat goes on...
Buyer beware, of a possible setup. JMHO
