You know Dusty, the innocent are still innocent after being gone through with a fine tooth comb and the guilty got nailed. BTW and FWIW, Ewert was not the problem it was DF and his affilates which had to return everything. Read the filings. Ewert's lawsuit got him back everything also. I have posted the default judgement for your review and consideration.
Burton, with all due respect to yourself and Mr. Wilson, this deal has all the same stench as Midland / Arcon Energy. IMHO
Please submit the underlying basis for your opinion. I was asked that by the SEC and I gave them the black white proof (Paper trail)Where is yours? I am gathering up a black and white paper trail AGAIN. Nothing messes up a innuendo worse that facts supported with black and white proof. CNHH has an operating and revenue generating business in oil field production, equipment rental, NOW cleanups and NORM cleanups and now hopefully in the octane enhancer division. This is merely another profit center or revenue generating division. Plus they are current on their filings and everything is fully disclosed ... So please post your underlying basis please.
The real name of this game is to sell stock and it has no bearing on company product, value or reality.
I would again like the underlying proof of this statement ... If you are aware of free trading stock being issued, I for one would like to know myself. Nowhere in the agreement that I have in my hand is there any mention of stock or stock options. It you read the civil suit Ewert was stiffed everyway under the sun. The agreement calls for CNHH to BUY the equipment and so many units per time frame NOT reinvent patents, the machine and infringe on Ewert's Patents. They have a certain amount of time to do the research and validate the product and Ewerts claims, which Jerry who by the way, is an engineer and if you would go read his profile you would see he is not ignorant. The product is real and always has been so is the value and the testing and the sales of said product. As far as selling stock goes, there is approx. 7.5 M outstanding and 1.5 million approx. in the float including the 450K stock options at a dollar in the S8 just filed from the figures I have seen. It is held super tight maybe you should do a TA on the trading. It is not very liquid. As far as Midland goes ... have you tried to call for your certificates... there is no more paper (certificates) so the DTC has halted any transfers ... but then again that is a fact. Call the DTC and find out for yourself.
If Ewert Wilson, plays his cards right he will sell when the sheep/dupes are buying and yes he will make money on his invention even if it is not worth a plug nickel. Again, just my opinion, but worthy of consideration.
Not worthy of consideration at all IMHO. If you would do your DD, you would discover that Ewert is in the business of selling his product to racing teams, NOT STOCK. He is trying to bring his product to the open market and has for sometime. I do not think he keeps that 40 acre facility open and operating without revenues or sales of his product. He got royally burnt on trying to bring his product to the public the last time. Go look at CNHH's client list and maybe you can see one heck of a list where CNHH has influence.
He has already admitted to being given stock in the company. How do you spell dilution anyway.
Gosh I truly do hope so ... I will check tomorrow on the amount of shares and the terms of the shares ...
Don't forget the company insiders/outsiders and who else only God knows, also hold stock they are waiting to unload. When they do we will likely be told like before ... don't panic it is the day traders. Hum, does that have a familiar ring to it?
As far as unload I know of no one wanting to do that but people own stock and may sell it when they want according to the rules of the SEC I have read. I doubt day traders are in this one at all since small floats are hard for day traders to make money on ... It is not a crime to make a profit and sell for a profit that I am aware of. Oh and every stock has a short position in it, insider selling and you know it.
If this product is for real all must ask themselves WHY Ewert Wilson, has not taken it to Exxon or one of the other multi million dollar companies who would test it and <if> it were real would pay him well for it? Futhermore, if Wilson, could come up with this magic elixer why haven't the mega buck chemists already done so? Something is rotten in Denmark...
That is like saying why does AVBC or any other company not just surrender they life's work, patents, product and let some MAJOR outfit make all the money instead of them. Just take a small piece of the pie and be happy.
Why did Mark Pierce, place it in the CNHH company?
Mark did not place it in CNHH, Jerry Pybas did last week when he saw MTBE was banned on March 25, 1999 in California. Guess he felt it was worth a flight to Kentucky. He already has a machine and exclusive rights to it in the field of soil remediation. The exclusive rights to the octane enhn=ancer patents and the machines is not a bad deal once Jerry is convinced everything we have on it is accurate. Read the news release it clearly states that.
Why, is he leaving the Midland shareholders up a creek?
Pierce is not leaving anyone up a creek, he has the filings current and MIDL is anticipate to trade. When it does it will be clean and have been gone through totally by NASD and the SEC plus a fully reporting shell. Anyway, Ewert would NOT even consider Midland because they tried to steal his patents, and product and cut him out. Did you read the lawsuit??? or the default judgement?
I am the second largest loser in MIDLAND and I bought MIDLAND from 3 - 26 bucks a share. Even I understand why he will not touch Midland and I do not blame him besides it is not even back up trading yet ... he is afraid the DF group is still involved. Even though they are not, Ewert is not taking any chances. What is the old saying : Nail me once shame on you ... Nail me twice shame on me. WOuld you want to get back in something that tried to steal everything you had and devoted your life too? I know stocks that are pretty good but once burnt you rarely go back in them... or rather I wont unless the DD shows a whole new ballgame.
Why was it deverted to another company who just happens to have some of the same officers and insiders as Midland?
It was not deverted and I do not even think it was a consideration until last Thursday when Mr. Pybas flew out to Kentucky to take a look at it after MTBE was banned. Surprisely, Mr. Pybas came back with a sign agreement which took me by shock Friday evening because I did not know he had even left or was consiering it. If Pybas issued shares to Ewert, I think that is great since before all Ewert got was the shaft on fancy glitter and promises. He did not even get any MIDL stock either that I am aware of.
CNHH has one person that was an ex midland board member that I am aware of and that is Mr. Barbee. I STRONGLY suggest you read his profile. His is a pillar in this community and has several awards for being a humanitarian. Mr. Barbee has been a very good friend of mine since I came to this small town with only 2500 buck to my name which was all I had left after selling my homes. The management in this company is solid and they work diligently in the community to get scholarships for students, get rid of the drugs because they are all are just flat out good down home folks. None are flashy dressers or preacher/salemen looking types with a line of bull a mile long just hard working men and they show it. Most drive trucks NOT expensive autos. Most have dirt under their fingernails NOT diamonds and expensive watches. They wear bluejeans and boots NOT expensive suits and ties. Maybe that is what Ewert liked after being nailed by all the glitter and promises.
This just don't pass the sniff test.
Great then do not buy it ...
Thanks for posting your concerns
Gary Swancey Paid Webhost/IR in cash and 50K stock options (And now this Octane Enhancer which is increasing my work load I am asking for restricted shares which I will disclose the minute I am told I will get them) OH and I hold NO shares in this company only a year on the options. I did NOT even buy on the open market today knowing it was laying on the floor.
