Your ugly technicals have been confirmed! If $38 doesn't hold, there's reasonable chance of a further 20% loss. According to Dow Jones headlines, there have been insider transactions for the last 3 days. I don't know if they are buys or sells. I am concerned to look at the Yahoo insiders link and find insiders registered over 325,000 shares for planned sale on March 2nd. biz.yahoo.com
