United Leisure Corp.'s Internet Subsidiary to Launch New Web Site

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 1, 1999--United Internet Technologies Inc. (UIT), a wholly owned subsidiary of United Leisure Corp. (OTC BB:UTDL), Thursday announced that it will premiere its corporate Web site, www.uitlive.com, during the third week of April 1999.

The site demonstrates UIT's proprietary Internet video delivery technology "Parallel Addressing Video" (PAV). The technology enables Internet and intranet Web sites to provide full-motion video and stereo audio in broadcast quality with zero-wait time.

Unlike various forms of streaming video, live media and Internet video broadcasts, the technology does not rely on bandwidth capacity as the medium for delivery of video -- as does technology from Real Networks (Nasdaq:RNWK) used by Web sites like Broadcast.com (Nasdaq:BDCST).

The UIT software is compatible with browser software from Microsoft (Nasdaq:MSFT) (Microsoft Internet Explorer) and Netscape (Nasdaq:NSCP) (Netscape Navigator).

Upon request, the company will distribute its software containing the video player and presentation versions of various content applications to interested qualified parties.

Recently, United Internet Technologies announced that it had granted a license for the use of its technology to World Championship Wrestling (WCW), a subsidiary of Turner Broadcasting, a Time Warner Company. The new WCW site is scheduled to launch in early summer of this year.

Previously, the company entered into an agreement with Netcruise Reservation Systems Inc.(formerly Genysis Reservation Systems) to license PAV for its travel-related business. The NetCruise Web site is expected to launch nationally this summer.

Brian Shuster, president of United Internet Technologies, said: "Due to the incredible interest in our technology and applications, and the large number of requests that we have received, we have accelerated the opening of 'UITlive.' This will allow us to demonstrate the potential of our technology and process applications for its use more efficiently."

The company has developed several other technologies and has other applications in development.
