Rich, Its been a while since ADTC has been on TNL's "opportunity" list. I've been planning to have a meeting with the Company to try to find out what actually is going on here, but I have not yet gotten up to New England to do this. I'm a bit "unhappy" that they would put out a press release announcing the 12b-25 filing, and yet completely ignore the anticipated loss. They had an opportunity to "pre-report", and they did not do so. Needless to say, I did not see this one coming...and I'm going to be very interested in reading the 10-K Report when it finally comes out. Bob Davis The Napeague Letter napeague.com
