Hi, Outside of technical analysis and sticking ones moist thumb in the air, is there anyone on this site who has some accounting or financial experience who could give us a read on the prospectus which I am sure most of us have received by now on the projected merger with Autonomous. Just off the top of my head (I've just read a few pages) I'm concerned about dilution of share value. I'm looking for a little help. Bernie
