DellFan go back to Dell because you sure don't know ELBO.
Blocks have been flipped like this for months. The activity is institutional not insider -- insider is still in lockup.

Mr. Kim took $6M cash from the IPO -- does that make him super-human? Sure doesn't make him hungry.

Ownership by mgmt would indicate they have a vested interest in growing profits and with it market valuation. ELBO's earnings growth proves they are not complacent.

As for insider "pump and dump" I don't think ELBO mgmt. would appreciate the SEC's reaction.

Mr. Firestone has stated that a major announcement pertaining to their ebworld.com division is expected this month. They have expressed an interest in developing a major presence on the web and this may be the first of many announcements.

I competed with ELBO for years and know their market positioning well. Their personality is to keep their cards close to the vest but play hard from a position of strength. IMO expect an ebworld.com spinoff and/or a partnership with AMZN sometime before late-summer. This upcoming announcement is more likely a building block and my bet is a deal with INSP or a portal.

Recently short interest has increased from 200 to 36,000. From your tone and baseless conjecture I would surmise that you are part of this growth trend. If so, I hope you'll wait to cover until after ELBO makes their "very unexciting announcement."
