I thought I'd put together a Team Roster so we could all remember who did what to whom. Global Maintec Main Product: VCC Console consolidation Monitor and control computers Automation of all routine network management tasks Subsidiaries: SinglePoint Systems I don't know what they do Infinite Graphics Inc (IGI) 2/98 CAD systems for midrange and PCs (I thing they are used in circuit board design) Asset Sentimental Inc (ASI) 10/98 Network and electrical line mapping programs Enterprise Solutions Inc. (ESI) 11/98 Software for telephone, pager, or internet notification of critical events Breece Hill Technologies (BHT) 3/99 Large capacity storage devices (Hardware) See what I mean……… this is getting complicated. But I have figured out their strategy: McCaffrey figures that if he puts enough alphabet soup in the names of the subs, the company will be more attractive to the likes of SMS, BMC and CA.
