Voop, I think Q is smart enough to avoid putting all its eggs in one basket. It's true that equipment using Windows CE might also include other MSFT software, but it's also true that Eudora, or some customized version might also be supplied. Microsoft is currently in no position to demand use of its own e-mail software, or else, particularly when the antitrust issues have not been resolved. Another incentive that Q might have to cooperate with MSFT is to avoid a situation where MSFT supplies its software to Nokia or Philips for GSM customers, leaving CDMA customers without similar capabilities. Since QCOM will actually make the hardware in this venture, and in its own manufacturing facilities, it's clear that Q retains the upper hand and really dictates the direction this project takes. Art
