I agree Gottfried, the delay doesn't necessarily mean bad news.

It could be something as simple as they determined that they needed more time to close the books, or maybe they anticipate good news on the GMR qual front by the new date for earnings.

I have heard that additional layoffs are planned - maybe they need time to make decisions about this and compute the charges
