No, the company I was talking to holds a large percentage of BIT and is aware of the seller, but doesn't know why. They have kept abreast of BIT developments and intned on maintaining their position for the longterm.
Conjecture: I believe the Cdn Western trader probably felt like we do, that BIT would move in step with the other Inuts, when this did not happen, he probably decided to reposition himself, to keep his job.

People will realize, hopefully soon, that the upside potential of BIT is greater than BII. Why? because BIT has subscribers with a 90%+ renewal rate. Nothing confines them to Canada &US and there user base, is not continually shifting from one site to another to find the cheapest deal(BII).

Once recognized I think it will rival Crytologic in share price. It all depends on how the company intends to get itself known....a .com name is the first step!
