Fascinating account about Bob Quiel. He doesn't know about any AZNT short squeeze? Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. (He wasn't trying to get away with answering about Amazon.com I hope.) That doesn't seem to jive with his on-line record.

Nope, not at all. But he seems to be counting on the courtroom players not to read this thread. And he's probably right to do so. I can well understand why they wouldn't want to go through 20,000+ posts, many of them irrelevant, but on the other hand, they could also learn quite a lot that they don't seem to know.

Unlike Auntie, Quiel really did graduate from Harvard. He evidently knows how to respond on the witness stand: as briefly as possible. And his chief object is to protect himself.

We still don't have the transcript of the Wednesday session, at which he testified. Coming up soon, I hope...
