The company continues to execute - I would like to see gross margins return to 39% and I think this will happen as the company mgmt has learned to manage their tremendous international growth( product mix and gross margins for int accounts has traditionally been lower) . I think you will hear some great things in regards to new sales orders from their international accounts ( ie. UK & South Korea )

Of course the market concerns me but I think Vans will be a huge benefactor of any rally in the small caps - it is still a great value and money mgrs are finding fewer great buys every day.

I try to stay focused on the positive - remember though when markets go south it is traditionally the small and med caps that get beaten up the most. Liquidity issues come in to play.
