I do believe there are a large number of shorts...maybe not the 5 million of so Scroggins is projecting though. This stock has been perfect for shorting. Two significant run ups to the $8/shr range then major pullbacks. The $6/shr area has been confirmed as a major support area. When the company didn't file on time, some investors jumped ship, took profits or trimmed their holdings. What was very important though was that the stock came back strong. It is still drifting for the moment, and needs the news of the filing to regain momentum. If you are a believer, this is the time to be adding. Best wishes to all.
