1) Compelling value: 13.8X PE [99], 11.1X PE [00], 1.5X Price/book,
0.3X price/sales
2) Growth opportunities not recognized yet in the stock price: stock
trading at 0.46 its growth rate
3) Likely acquisition candidate. Intel, for instance, just
announced today its aim to increase presence in home networking
4) Increasing consumer acceptance of the Rio MP3
