Anitech Partners With Bank One International To Launch
Visa Affinity Card

TORONTO, ONTARIO--Anitech will offer its database of pet owners a
new PetNet Visa Card through a partnership with Bank One
International. In addition to a very competitive interest rate,
Anitech=s new PetNet Visa card will feature special rewards
designed to appeal to pet owners. This is an excellent opportunity
for Anitech to generate ancillary revenue from our growing
database and offer customers added value. Over 330,000 pet owners
already have their pets microchipped and registered with Anitech=s
PetNet database.

The new PetNet Visa card is part of Anitech=s strategy of
expanding Anitech=s PetNet brand to new products and increasing
brand awareness. It compliments recent efforts that include
co-marketing campaigns with Loblaws, and, the Toronto Humane
Society. In addition to offering the PetNet Visa card to existing
PetNet registrants, Bank One International plans to offer the card
to pet owners across Canada.

Anitech is a leader in the collection of information in the animal
industry. Its PetNet microchip ID system is Canada=s leading pet
recovery registry and is available at most Canadian veterinary
clinics. Anitech=s livestock division has developed a new data
collection technology for the meat industry that is attracting
global interest. Bank One is the largest Visa card issuer in the
world with over 56 million credit card holders. It has recently
expanded into Canada with new offices in Gloucester, Ontario.
