Is TURF as anticipated an IPO as MKTW was?

MKTW was over subscribed, delayed because of the over subscription,
and had the offering price upped three times.

MKTW also had more underwriters backing it.

MKTW was also the first IPO of the year.

When MKTW IPO'd it flew....but not high enough to save DBCC.

Key thing to me about DBCC tanking was that when DBCC price got inflated (like w. IMON & others)many of the insiders took big time
profits demonstrating lack of faith in the ability to sustain pumped
prices.

Now what does this mean re: TURF.

If TURF isn't as anticipated as MKTW could the perception of value
be already achieved in DLIA?

Has TURF's initial price been raised from the 10-12 range?

Have their been any 144 filings for DLIA yet? Or are these anticipated?

Is this IPO over subscribed?

One Alex brown underwritten stock DRIV didn't do squat initially and the parent company flopped equally......

Anyway ...whole point is that percent ownership may have
less to do with value of parent company then the perception
of value based on the anticipation of an "hot" IPO. Plus even
a "hot" IPO can't sustain a "pumped" value if the insiders
don't believe the price to be "real".
