So, how can almost 20% of the float change hands in 45 minutes with no change in the bid/ask? Either Herzog (who is on the Ask at .19) has a ton of inventory to sell, or Fahnstock is buying all they can get at .185, or are they simply trading shares with each other to give the illusion of a market. Does Level 2 show MM to MM trades?
