Neil: She_x had already posted that her "good news" referred to 32 cents. I'll stick with 38 cents. (The Yahoo messages have only just shown up from last evening).

glad i could cheer you up a little. i also heard from a guy that's pretty high up at CPQ and he said he heard that we would be getting shares of AV (like 12-1 or 20-1 or whatever they set it at). someone else over there said they thought we would get shares but not at the IPO price. we would get an offer to buy at the low of the opening day price. so who knows?

i also heard oct. for IPO. i heard that they would like to file for the IPO sometime in the next 2 months and IPO to open later. if they do offer shares for shares, the ratio will not be set until the last minute to get a true valuation on the stocks so don't look for that info anytime soon. i heard that they need CPQ share price to be higher for some kind of deal they were trying to make so it may be they are stalling for an increase in share price over the next Q. all just rumors...we'll see, she
