Message from the CEO.

I had inquired as to the type of "relationship with a larger organization" they were seeking (as suggested in the Annual Report) as well as why they did not publicize MAMH developments via PR Newswire or Reuters. Here was his response:

I am aware that many investors are disgruntled by what they perceive to be our failure to promote the stock. I believe that the best thing we can do for the stock is to grow the Company and put earnings under the share price. After that, the market should operate without imposition from me.

I have no doubt that we could divert resources to stock promotion efforts and cause the price to rise. After that, it would fall, and the cycle starts again. Some investors win, others lose, and the Company's assets decline by some appreciable amount, either because we have to hire someone to manage that activity or we have to cease work on other projects to engage in this.

As to the kind of affiliation we seek, there are two criteria: The organization needs to be large enough to take MammaCare to the next level. This means marketing muscle as well as some manufacturing capacity. Second, they must share our vision of the role of MammaCare in health care of the future. It may not be obvious, but our main product is training, or rather, trained hands that detect small cancers. Our vision includes expanding the number of trained hands and supporting those hands with our tools...models, tapes, etc. Many organizations are frightened by this; they want to sell the "MammaCareware", but not maintain the standards of its use.

Through our program of Specialist training, we are making slow but steady progress toward assembling the critical mass of highly trained individuals we need to provide training to enough professionals to increase our rate of growth. Eventually, we will attract attention in the form of the help we seek because we are succeeding in our mission, not because we have manipulated the stock price.

Sincerely,

H.S. Pennypacker, Ph.D.
CEO

So I guess any "exposure" or "promotion" efforts are left to the shareholders. Perhaps an investment letter or e-mail will realize the potential of MAMH (and its solid balance sheets) and spread the word....
