The 96 earnings are $1.60 and the 97 will be even lower. At a P/E of 20 , SCHL could be priced at 32. The stock could drift lower towards this level between now and Sept 97. I dont see any signs of recovery in the Press Release that would motivate the street to step up their holdings. I think 42-45 may be optimistic for the short haul.
