The company has appointed Ernst Gemassmer to the board of directors. As a seasoned Silicon Valley executive, Mr. Gemassmer brings over 30 years of senior management experience and insight to the company's board.
Mr. Gemassmer is currently a principal in EHG Associates of Mountain View, Calif. Prior to EHG, he was president of Navigation Technologies Inc., an 800-employee digital database company in Cupertino, Calif. Mr. Gemassmer also served as vice-president, managing director European operations of Adobe Systems Inc. of Mountain View, Calif., senior vice-president International Operations of Novell Inc., Sunnyvale, Calif., as well as senior management positions with Micom Systems, Tektronix, Inc., A.B. Dick, and Booze, Allen.
