Gemplus Executive Joins Diversinet's Board Of Directors
TORONTO, CANADA--Diversinet Corp., a leading provider of secure e-commerce solutions, announced today the addition of Gemplus North American Executive Vice President, Michael Crosno, to its Board of Directors.
Crosno is an experienced executive with a strong background in sales, marketing, consulting services, and distribution strategies. During his 20 years in the Information Technology market, he has developed strategic alliances with companies such as IBM,
Hewlett Packard, Compaq, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, EDS, Andersen Consulting, and many other technology companies. He has also developed new business models that significantly increased revenues and earnings throughout his career.

o held positions with ViewStar Corporation, Computer Associates International and CIT Alcatel, Friden Alcatel Division.
