Alan, I concur on the wording of the press release. Still better why not wait till they have a "DONE" deal inked and binding?

Most likely this PR was issued for the express purpose of getting people to buy stock. It is a known fact that most people read and scan headlines and don't read the "fine" print.

One thing I have discovered is if a small company is truly for real and has something of value to invest in they do not release information until it is a "done" deal. Those companies who do release PR that amount to nothing but "hot air" is usually what they are all about.... nothing! This is done with "intent" to deceive, IMHO and I still say buyer beware. Anyone who buys stock in a company who issues letters of intent instead of inked deals should not be surprised when the stuff hits the fan, the insiders sell and they are left with nothing. The word "intent" is very powerful and is a defense. It has been my experience that folks see what they want to see. Everyone of us want a way to fast riches; it is human nature. But, for real growth companies take time and they also only issue information on deals that are done.

If this deal with between CNHH and Ewert Wilson is for real and all of it is gospel why not wait till the details are worked out to release the news?

In my opinion the only reason any company issues press releases containing letters of "intent" have one intention; selling stock to new unsuspecting shareholders so insiders can sell into the excitement of the new buyers.

I wish all those invested in CHNN,and the company the best but I will not buy stock in any company who issues letters of intent with misleading headlines that indicate a deal has been done.

Best regards,
