Banco Comercial de Macau Licenses ARKSYS' Integrated Credit Card System
LITTLE ROCK, Ark., April 6 /PRNewswire/ -- ARKSYS announced its first agreement in the East Asian market with Banco Comercial de Macau of Macau. ARKSYS will provide the Macau-based bank with the company's Integrated Credit Card System (ICCS), an IBM AS/400-based solution for issuing credit cards and processing credit transactions.

In conjunction with the bank's 25th anniversary, Banco Comercial de Macau sought to complete its retail banking offerings with an in-house credit card offering. ARKSYS' products provided a seamless integration with the bank's core retail banking system. ICCS will enable Banco Comercial de Macau to issue cards, acquire transactions and provide an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) connection to the Visa network.

Oyak Bank Licenses ARKSYS' Suite of Products; Contract Includes Credit Card and ATM Solutions
LITTLE ROCK, Ark., April 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Oyak Bank of Istanbul, Turkey has licensed ARKSYS software to drive its ATMs as well as issue debit and credit cards, marking its entry into the retail banking market.

Oyak Bank selected ARKSYS on the basis of its proven solution on the IBM AS/400 platform and its relationship with their core accounting system provider, Midas Kapiti International. Primarily a commercial accounts bank with 8 branches and 25 ATMs, Oyak will widen its client base with its retail banking offerings of ATM and credit and debit card issuance. Oyak Bank will utilize ARKSYS Integrated Transaction Management (ITM) product, along with its ATM Management software to drive the bank's ATMs and provide an online Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) connection to BKM, a Turkish switching center for debit and credit cards. ATM Management will also allow Oyak Bank to extend its retail services to Oyak Group Company members and Oyak members, bringing 160,000 new customers to its client base.

Cayman Bank Licenses ARKSYS' Suite of Products; Contract Includes Credit Card, ATM, and POS Solutions
LITTLE ROCK, Ark., April 6 /PRNewswire/ -- ARKSYS announced an agreement to provide Cayman National Bank of Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, with an integrated software solution to drive the bank's growing credit card operations. The core solution, ARKSYS' Integrated Transaction Management (ITM) along with International Credit Card System (ICCS), will centralize the bank's credit card, ATM, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), and Point-of-Sale (POS) merchant management activities.

With assets of $500 million and 10 ATMs, Cayman National Bank will utilize ARKSYS' credit card offering, International Credit Card System (ICCS), to manage and grow its ATM, credit and debit card bases, and provide them with an online EFT connection to the Visa and Mastercard networks. ICCS will integrate with other ARKSYS products of Point-of-Sale (POS) and Merchant management to authorize and process POS transactions from merchants.
