Thanks, David. Do you, or anyone else here, know the name of the firm (firms?) contracted to configure home PC software for ATHM? In your statement you noted they were hired nationwide by TCI. Is this correct? Or would it be that they are contracted by ATHM? It probably doesn't make a helluva difference. Or does it? It speaks to the quality of uniformity, or lack thereof, of ATHM's service profile amongst the many owners of ATHM. Not a big thing, but something that sparks my curiosity from an architectural standpoint. Frank_C.
