Hey no hard feelings here... I'm invested in TPII as well...
My statement simply declares that individual investors should think twice about investing their money into TPII. There are other technology companies that have constant revenue streams, proven products, and maybe better management ??

Regarding my statement about losing your money -- one must be able to swallow large losses if he's in the penny stock market. Investment allocation to penny stocks shouldn't be more than 5% of a portfolio. The majors reasons they are penny stocks is because of:
1. unproven product
2. insufficient financial strength/capital
3. insufficient liquidity

TPII competitive advantage is not in its code database migration software -- all major MIS consulting firms and DB, integration vendors already have these tools. Their CA is in the efficiency and effectiveness of their product. If it is true that their product can drastically reduce time and perform "flawless" migration. The sky is the limit for this stock -- every firm will want a piece of the technology.

The question is how good is it?
