LITTLETON, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 1999--IPVoice Communications, Inc. IPVC announced today the completion of negotiations and the execution of a TruePartner Joint Venture agreement with Metro Atlanta based Telecom Services International (TSI).
TSI is a telecommunications network services engineering, systems and equipment provider, specializing in international connectivity. The contract with TSI gives IPVoice access to TSI's international contacts and customer base, especially in developing countries, greatly influencing IPVoice's ability to achieve the multi-million dollar projections forecast in the IPVoice Business Plan.
